Canderel Buys Montreal Office Building, Also Plans New Build

Congratulation to our two sponsors @Canderel and @Olymbec on their new agreement! Canderel expands its position in the emerging Mile-Ex borough by acquiring a 157,000+ sqft mixed-use industrial and loft building. They plan to invest 10M$ on improvements as well.
