About Us
The Concordia Real Estate Club (CREC) is the first real estate oriented club at Concordia University and our goal is to educate and enlighten students from across Montreal on the various aspects of the real estate industry.
We host a variety of events ranging from conferences to case competitions, gathering renown professionals in the field to network and share their experience and knowledge with the students, opening the door to career opportunities and a deeper understanding of one of the biggest markets in the world.

What We Do
We are the largest student-led real estate club in Montreal. We organize events to connect students with real estate professionals. We organize CRECtalks (short events, about 4-6 per year), Real Estate Games (Real Estate Case competition, about 20 judges are invited and we expect 150 participants), Real Estate recruitment cocktail (our sponsors have the opportunity to meet students for internship opportunities), Real Estate Conference (the biggest student-led real estate conference in Montreal, panel discussions by sponsors)
